Before you start
Create your signature in the free editor, make sure any photo or logo is hosted (the editor warns you if it isn't), then use Copy signature.

Known limitations in Yahoo Mail
- Yahoo's signature editor can drop some table spacing. If a layout looks off, try a simpler template such as Modern Minimal or Classic.
- Yahoo Mail apps on iOS and Android use a separate, plain-text signature.
Troubleshooting
- The signature pasted as code. You copied the HTML instead of the signature. Use “Copy signature”.
- Images are missing. Check the editor for warnings. Images stored only in your browser are not included until they have a public https:// URL.
- The layout looks different. Send a test email to yourself and check it on desktop and mobile. If one client struggles, try a simpler template such as Classic or Modern Minimal.
