How to add your signature to Apple Mail
Click Copy signature, then open Mail → Settings → Signatures, select an account and click +. Turn off “Always match my default message font”, paste into the right-hand pane, and pick the signature under Choose Signature.
On iPhone and iPad, the Mail signature field is limited. Email the signature to yourself, then copy it from the message into Settings → Apps → Mail → Signature.
