How to add your signature to Outlook
Click Copy signature, then open Outlook's signature settings: Settings → Account → Signatures in new Outlook and on the web, or File → Options → Mail → Signatures in classic Outlook. Paste into the editor, name the signature, and choose it for new messages and replies.
New Outlook and Outlook on the web share signatures stored in your Microsoft account. Classic Outlook keeps its own copy on each computer.
Outlook rendering tips
Classic Outlook ignores rounded corners and background images, and scales images on high-DPI screens. Choose a template with simple shapes if you mostly email Outlook users, and always set image sizes in the editor rather than relying on the original file size.
Frequently asked questions
Why does my signature look different in classic Outlook?
Classic Outlook for Windows uses Word's HTML engine, which supports a narrower set of CSS. SignaturesDB only uses properties Word supports, but rounded corners can appear square.
Can I use this with Microsoft 365?
Yes. Paste the signature into Outlook on the web or new Outlook and it syncs across your Microsoft 365 devices.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Everything runs in your browser. You copy the finished signature and paste it into Outlook.
