What to include in a student email signature
Start with your full name, then your degree and major (for example “BSc Computer Science, Class of 2027”) and your university. Add a phone number if you're job hunting, plus your LinkedIn profile and one portfolio link. Skip quotes and nicknames.
Put the program in the Title field and the university in Company. Use a custom field for your graduation year or student organization role.
Frequently asked questions
Should students include a photo in their email signature?

Can I use this signature with my university Outlook or Gmail account?
Yes. Most universities use Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Follow the Outlook or Gmail install guide.
