Design the signature once, then use Backup to download the design file. Each teammate opens SignaturesDB, clicks Restore, and replaces the name, title and contact details with their own. The layout, colors and logo stay the same.

Yes. All templates are free for commercial use, with no per-user pricing. The small credit link is optional.
Can I manage signatures centrally?
SignaturesDB is a generator rather than a deployment tool. Each person installs their own signature. For automatic company-wide deployment you'd need a server-side signature manager.
