Why we built SignaturesDB
Most email signature generators look free until the last step. Then you need an account, a paid plan to remove branding, or you discover the signature breaks in Outlook. We wanted the opposite: a tool that is free from start to finish, works without an account, and produces HTML that real email apps actually render.
So we built SignaturesDB around three ideas. Your data stays in your browser. Every signature is built from email-safe, table-based HTML with inline styles and web-safe fonts. And everything (103 templates, photo and logo uploads, social icons, call-to-action buttons and install guides) is available to everyone.
How we keep it free
By default, signatures include a small “Created with signaturesdb.com” link. It helps other people discover the tool and is what keeps it free. It's completely optional: switch it off with one click before you copy, and nothing else is ever added to your signature.
What's next
We keep adding templates, improving compatibility with new versions of Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail, and writing guides for more email apps. Have an idea or found a problem? Tell us, because many of our templates started as user requests.
